You Need to Download the File on Your Headset No PC Or Any Thing Just Your Headset.

Then You Need to Download Mobile VR Station On Your Headset.

Then inter the app. click on local files and then click on all folders then android then data then scroll to scoped storage actions then step.

then at the top there's a button that says quest 2 or whatever device you're on, click on that.

then click download then find the file then click on the expand button on the icon of the file then install and play :)
